Autumn Bridges Exhibition
My friend Reuven Emanuel and I spent two weeks in Greece photographing old stone bridges for an exhibition.
We drove our Jeep Renegade for more than 2600 km over paved roads and muddy mountain trails, crossing shallow rivers, to reach the planned 28 shooting locations.
Every so often we got side-tracked by the dazzling autumn colours all around us and stopped to shoot the beautiful views.
We are both Nikon users, Reuven with his Z6 and I with my D850. I also used my Mavic2 drone for some shots I couldn't have done otherwise.
From the thousands of pictures that we brought home with us, we selected 36 for the exhibition.
The first exhibition was at the Sourasky Central Library at The Tel Aviv University in February 2022 and the second at the Salonika and Greece Jewry Heritage Center In Memory of Leon Recanati (1890-1945) in August 2022.
